Will you be available for my wedding?
We strive to offer all our services to every couple, but availability cannot be guaranteed due to prior bookings. It's recommended to make your booking as early as possible. However, once you have booked with us, we guarantee availability.
How do I book you for my wedding?
Simple,
1. Fill out an inquiry form to check our availability.
2. Get to know us and determine if we are the best fit for you.
3. Sign a contract that ensures the safety of both parties.
4. Make a 25% deposit, and the remaining balance will be due 30 days before your wedding.
5. Congratulations! You can now sit back, relax, and enjoy peace of mind knowing that you've secured our services.
How do I provide payment?
We offer payment options via all major credit cards on our website; however, a 3% processing fee will be applied. To avoid this fee, we recommend using payment methods such as Zelle, Venmo, checks, or cash, which are available at no additional cost.
How many videographers will there be?
The number of videographers required depends on the package you have chosen. We generally advise having at least two videographers to capture different perspectives, such as during the First Look moment where one of our creative team members focuses on the bride while the other captures the groom.
How will I get my video?
We suggest that you download a personal copy of the digital content via Dropbox, despite having our initial wedding from 2019 stored on the platform.
Do you offer discounts?
Certainly! If you're interested in any ongoing promotions, feel free to inquire, and we'll be happy to provide you with more information. As a token of appreciation, we offer a 10% military discount and first responders on all packages.
What happens if my videographer gets sick or becomes unavailable?
We have excellent news to share! Our reputation speaks for itself as we have never canceled on a wedding due to sickness or any other reason. In the unlikely event that a team member falls ill, we have a backup plan, and another team member will always be available to fill in.
